Vermiculite is used in the gardening and Hydroponics .<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In its exfoliated form and it has the benefits of improving soil aeration while retaining moisture and nutrients to feed roots, cuttings and seeds for faster, maximum growth. <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

SemiSpare Vermiculite is a coarse grade vermiculite which is well suited for gardening because it is not a powered grade vermiculite, it is a coarse grade vermiculite so that potting media is well aerated and at the same time provide enough drainage to ensure there is no root rot.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Horticulture Vermiculite is produced by heating raw vermiculite at 850 to 1200 degree Celsius. When heated it expands converts into light weight agriculture grade vermiculite.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

For Basic Potting Mix:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5 Parts Soil or Coco peat, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1 to 2 Part Compost,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Is permanent, clean, odorless, non-toxic and sterile and will not deteriorate, turn moldy or rot<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Possesses cation exchange properties, thus it can make available ammonium, potassium, calcium and magnesium to the growing plant<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When combined with other media such as peat or composted pine bark compost, promotes faster root growth and gives quick anchorage to young roots<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mixtures help retain air, plant food and moisture, releasing them to the plant as required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
