Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel the order due to some reason. Order which are prior to ship can be canceled anytime. Any order which are shipped can not be canceled.
COD Canceled orders will get the full Refund amount.
Orders which are paid through Payment Gateway will attract 2% Service charge + GST 18% service tax (.36%) , totaling 2.36 % charge by Payment gateway. We do not take that amount. It is the charge by payment gateway. Remaining amount will be refunded same day and should reflect in your mode of payment 3-4 days.
Refund will be issued same day and will reflect in your bank account or credit card within 3-4 days mostly same day in some banks.
Refund policy
Goods which are returned under logo ” 7 Days Replacement only” for replacement will be replaced within 7 days with same goods to customer and ship within 7 days and expected delivery within 4 days. They are not eligible for refund.
Your order will be exchanged and replacement will expexted delivery with in 7 days
Goods with Non Returnable logo are also not eligible for refund. Product with Non Returnable are shown with the logo given below.
Goods which are returned under “7 days and return and replacement” logo are eligible for refund . Product are shown with the logo given below.
Shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded. RMA (Return merchant authorization Number)should be obtained prior to returning the goods. Returned goods should in original condition along with manuals and accessories and original box. There should be no taping stickers on the original box. Outside box can be taped . Our courier partner will pick up the goods from your premises. If the remote location pin code is not serviceable through our courier partner then customer has to ship the goods through local courier. Most probably pin codes are serviceable.
Goods which are damaged ,have there removed packaging, manuals , pen markings , stickers placed on goods and or accessories destroyed are not eligible for refunds.
After checking the goods we will issue the refund within 4-5 days and will reflect in your bank account or credit card within 4-5 days .
Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 4-5 days
COD (Cash On Delivery)
Goods Ordered with COD attract small Advance order Amount which is mentioned while placing COD order. Advance fee is usually taken as a courier charge. COD orders can be cancelled prior to shipping.Refund will be issued same day and will reflect in your bank account or credit card within 3-4 days mostly same day in some banks.
Any order which are shipped can not be canceled. If Customer refuses , not available at the time of delivery (usually courier attempts 3 times to deliver the goods) , this advance fee will be refunded after deducting courier charges.
